Men tend to avoid stretching and are late adapters to yoga for many reasons. For the 40 to 60 year old man, it's my recommendation that Yoga be a key piece to your weekly fitness routine.
In this week's episode, Barton speaks with Yoga instructor Jeff Cattan about his experience teaching Yoga and how he understands it's benefits for men over 40 years old.
